Bill Klein Biography
Bill Klein is a motivational speaker, TV personality, author, and entrepreneur from the town of Port Jefferson on Long Island, NY. He is most known for "The Little Couple," a show that details his wife and his lives with dwarfism alongside their two children, William and Zoey.
He is a serial entrepreneur who plays an active role in every business he owns, including Candu Enterprises, where he and his wife Jennifer provide a variety of media-related services, public speaking, and philanthropic appearances at schools and other institutions to aid in the campaign to stop bullying in the US.
After earning a degree in Biology from NYU, Klein embarked on a professional career in sales. After a ‘tenacious’ job hunt, Klein developed a career that led him to fill various senior-management slots at companies ranging from $45 million to $250 million in annual revenues. Klein's career began at Triad Medical, a national provider of infusion, DME, and pharmaceutical products to the hospital and homecare markets. Through hard work and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, Klein was promoted repeatedly. As a key member of the executive management team, he helped sell his company in 2004.
After a near-flawless integration with the new corporation, Klein started his first endeavor into entrepreneurship. After divesting his interest in Emerge in 2011, Klein began consulting clients independently from his office in Houston. Today, he works with companies large and small in the area of strategic direction, sales, and operational efficiency and helping start-ups avoid pitfalls that are normally associated with being a "start-up."
Most recently, Klein created Rocky & Maggie's. Named after the family dogs, Rocky & Maggie's is a pet supply business with both an e-commerce platform and a brick-and-mortar location in Houston, TX. They help support local rescues and charities through the pet shop too. Future plans include product development and franchising.
Klein has been speaking in front of crowds for a while now. Since he was a kid, Klein has used humor and an uncanny ability to provide vivid imagery to tell a story. While he has retired some (but not all) of his childhood goofiness in exchange for more adult topics, Klein's comedic approach helps bring an appropriate amount of levity to any discussion to help disarm the audience and draw them in.
