I really enjoyed Carey's talk- she was well spoken and engaging. The content was interesting, and I was able to take home some lessons such as focusing on the main goal, and not needing ALL of the information to get there but to keep progressing forward. I also learned to “find a third way” when presented with 2 options that are not so ideal. And something I will start doing daily is writing my top 3 tasks for the day on a post it to keep myself on track for each day to accomplish my goal.
