Chuck Mingo Biography
Chuck Mingo is the founder and CEO of LivingUNDIVIDED and WorkingUNDIVIDED, programs that guide participants through transformative experiences of racial healing. Launched in 2015 as a ministry of Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, Ohio, and established in 2020 as an independent nonprofit, UNDIVIDED has evolved from a congregational training tool into a national movement with hubs emerging throughout the country. Mingo’s leadership through UNDIVIDED has mobilized thousands from diverse backgrounds globally to challenge systems of oppression and injustice.
After earning a degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University, Mingo joined Procter & Gamble (P&G). In 2005, he was awarded the inaugural Servant Leadership Award for his outstanding performance as a leader who engages others with humility and empathy. In 2007, Mingo left his corporate career to join the team at Crossroads Church, one of the largest churches in America. For 13 years, he contributed as a community pastor, communicator, and member of the leadership team. At Crossroads, he applied his training and people development skills from P&G to grow his congregation’s spiritual and community engagement.
In addition to leading UNDIVIDED, Mingo teaches and consults for churches and organizations nationwide on topics such as racial reconciliation, empathy in leadership, and soul care. He leverages the power of proximity to repair the social fabric and promote racial solidarity. His keynotes include "Faith: Courageous Love," "Faith: Abolishing Apathy, Embracing Empathy," and "Corporate: Leadership In Uncertain Times." Mingo continues to serve as a teaching pastor at Crossroads Church, actively contributing to the ongoing dialogue and action surrounding racial justice and community healing.
