Rothman commenced his notable career with leadership positions at U.S. Leasing International and Thomson McKinnon Securities before moving to AT&T in 1985. Rothman is currently the President and CEO of HP Financial Services, where he manages over 1500 employees and oversees $12.5 billion in assets. His leadership fosters a culture of trust, collaboration, autonomy, and ethical behavior aimed at enhancing customer service. Prior to this role, Rothman was president and CEO of Compaq Financial Services (CFS).
