Even at an early age in Minnetonka, Minnesota Jenny Schatzle was a force of nature. After moving to Santa Barbara, Schatzle found her calling as a trainer, but she wasn’t living a healthy life herself. After years not living to her fullest potential, she dedicated herself to a new lifestyle: one focused not on the scale, or the speed, or the energy, but rather focused on building a community that strives to be the best version of themselves and truly loves who they are in all areas of their lives. She created the Jenny Schatzle program to help individuals who struggled as she did; she aims to help people through their addictions, body issues, and toxic repetitive cycles.
Schatzle’s passion is to change the conversation on body image, self-worth, and the power of movement. Her ambition is teaching women to live the life they want, not the life they think they should. She is an author, mother of twins, speaker, and business owner. Her newest book, "Breaking the Cycle," uncovers the root of many toxic cycles we find ourselves in, and offers advice on how to break the chain. Schatzle is a recovered alcoholic, using her platform to help to destigmatize substance abuse while encouraging others during their own battles with addiction.
