Rex Pemberton is the founder of Evolve Meetings.
His facilitation experience spans over 20 years, encompassing multiple cultures and all seven continents. Pemberton specializes in educating teams on creating clear vision, building trust, developing powerful cultures, and thriving in competitive and transformative environments. Pemberton is one of the few individuals globally to reach the peak of his sport in multiple disciplines, including being the youngest Australian to climb Mount Everest at age 21 and the third youngest person to climb the Seven Summits. He holds multiple world records in extreme sports, ranging from mountain climbing to base jumping and wingsuit flying. His transition from mountaineering to skydiving and wingsuit flying includes competing at world championships and designing the innovative X-wing, a jet-powered wingsuit that allows for sustained flight similar to an aircraft.
