Jase Robertson Biography
Jase Robertson is an innovator, professional duck hunter, and COO of Duck Commander, known for his appearances on the A&E reality television show "Duck Dynasty" and "Duck Family Treasure". Together with his father Phil and brother Alan, he co-hosts the podcast "Unashamed with the Robertson Family," a platform through which they discuss their Christian faith and share the Gospel with everyone, from new believers to longtime followers of Jesus.
Duck Commander is a company that manufactures a variety of duck hunting equipment, including the widely popular duck call, also named Duck Commander. The business was established in 1972 by Jase's father, Phil "Duck Commander" Robertson. It began as a one-man business in a worn-out boat and has since transformed into a multi-million dollar empire. The company and its evolution became the focus of the Duck Dynasty television program in 2012.
Having developed an early passion for duck hunting, Robertson spent as much time in the woods as possible from the age of 8; even missing the maximum number of days from school each year that the law would allow. He has since developed several duck calls for Duck Commander, including a unique one known as the "Triple Threat", which uses three reeds.
Robertson runs the manufacturing part of Duck Commander, ensuring every call is hand-tuned, primarily by himself. He is also recognized as one of the main Duckmen in the Duck Commander media franchise, often portrayed as a mischief maker on "Duck Dynasty". His roles in the business and his hunting occupy most of Robertson's time. He was depicted by Sawyer Jesse Mixon in the 2023 film "The Blind". He currently resides in West Monroe, Louisiana, with his wife, Missy, and their three children, Reed, Cole, and Mia.
