Kellye Dash is the CEO and founder of Hawk Business Group, a technology services company that provides infrastructure support, IT project management, and consulting to small and medium-sized businesses.
Dash started her technology career in 1999, working for Nextel Communications in Reston, Virginia. Over her 20+ years, she has extensive experience in various customer-facing technical services roles, including relationship management, technical account management, and service delivery, managing and providing cloud, security, and network infrastructure services and solutions.
Dash is also a two-time entrepreneur who operated her first business, The Busy Buddy, from 2009 to 2015. In this role, she provided operational support to entrepreneurs and small business owners.
Dash advocates for girls' and women's empowerment, particularly in the technology sector. She volunteers and lends her time to economic and community initiatives, including past and present collaborations with Dress for Success, Blacks in Tech, Working Women of Tampa Bay, SCORE, Sunrise of Pasco Domestic Violence Shelter, and the United Way of Tampa Bay.
