Margo Downs helped develop the people and culture strategy at three iconic consumer brands including "Lululemon," "Starbucks," and "StitchFix." Most recently, she served as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Stitch Fix where she scaled the company from 50 to 7000 employees while fostering a culture grounded in authenticity. She also supported the company in successfully transitioning from private to public.
Prior to her tenure at Stitch Fix, Downs led the People Potential team at "Lululemon" from 2010-2014, a period during which the brand achieved significant revenue growth. She also held several key roles at "Starbucks," including head of HR for Starbucks Canada and Vice President of Global Learning.
