Vincent E. Boles is a retired Major General of the U.S. Army, with a distinguished 33-year career ranging from a 2nd Lieutenant to a 2-star General. He is noted for his extensive experience in logistics and leadership, especially during his tenure as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G4 on the Army Staff at the Pentagon. There, he managed logistics operations and readiness for a force of 1.1 million soldiers. His final military assignments included overseeing surges into Iraq and Afghanistan, providing critical support in highly challenging environments.
After retiring from the army in 2009, Boles established Vincent E. Boles, Inc., a leadership and logistics consulting practice, leveraging his deep expertise in supply chain management to offer valuable insights to various organizations.
